The private backyard is freshly designed with colorful shade cloths, propane fire pit, outdoor LED lights, dining table, and new couch and chairs. There are two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway and ten guest parking spaces near the home. All utilities included: electricity, water, propane (fire pit), internet, garbage collection.
