4 Bedroom House in Peaceful Valley, Scottsdale
This newly renovated, bright and cheerful house is just a mile from the entertainment district in Old Town Scottsdale and is perfect to sleep up to 8 people. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with an open floor plan and is close to many small boutique shops, high end restaurants, art galleries, Scottsdale Fashion Square, spring training stadiums.
THE HOUSE -
The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bath and the three other guest bedrooms have queen beds and a king bed. All the bedrooms have closets and new linens. There are three TVs with high speed internet to stream your favorited shows (with your log in).
The large dining room can comfortably seat 6 people. The backyard has a built in BBQ with two separate sitting areas and is a perfect place to relax with friends and family! The seating area can accommodate 8 people. The fully functional kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave is wide open to the living and dining area. Our laundry room is complete with full sized brand new washer and dryer.
We do not entertain any parties or events.
Our house is in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood and we absolutely do not want to disturb our neighbors. In order for us to be able to share this vacation home without inconveniencing anyone, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels at a respectable level. We have installed noise monitoring devices and security cameras outside the house which will alert us to excessive noise. These sensors DO NOT record sounds, they only monitor changes in noise levels.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -
Please state the nature of your visit and who all will be in your party when you send a request. We don’t allow any unauthorized guests to stay overnight/visit at any time on the property. Please let us know in advance if there are any changes.
