The property is located in an attractive street of cottages, just 4 minutes walk to the overground station of Barnes Bridge. It was fully renovated in 2016, and provides modern family living, whilst retaining period features. The house comrpises 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, lounge and separate playroom.
The downstairs boasts a large living area, with log burner and TV; a WC / utility room with both a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances.
The kitchen opens into the south-facing garden which can be used as an entertainment space year-round given the electronic sun awning, and chiminea / pizza oven. There is also a Weber gas BBQ available for use. At the end of the garden is a play room, full of toys and books, providing hours of entertainment for little ones.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom at the front of the house, with a super-king sized bed; bedroom number 3 which has a single bed with the option to pull out the second trundle if needed; and the master bathroom, offering a large free-standing bath and 2-person shower with monsoon.
The second floor comprises bedroom #2 which has a bunk bed and the second bathroom, with bath and overhead shower.
This is our family house and families are very welcome to stay.
