Located just a couple blocks from the north shore of Lake Washington, just four miles from the Bothell UW campus, and only 12 miles from the heart of Seattle, this updated, and beautifully-appointed guest house is perfect for a small family or just the two of you. Stroll down to the Burke Gilman Trail and explore Log Boom Park, take a hike in beautiful St. Edwards State Park, and check out the wineries in nearby Woodinville. Striking out farther, Bellevue and Everett are both within 15 miles, with countless opportunities for shopping, recreation and entertainment.
Enter this light-filled unit via the private entrance and discover an open floor plan for seamless living. The kitchen and living rooms boast delightful views of Lake Washington and the seaplane, creating the ultimate retreat. Enjoy the scenery as you whip up delicious meals in the full kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, helpful extras like a Keurig coffee maker, and counter seating. The living spaces provide comfortable furnishings and are equipped with TVs with streaming capabilities. The nearby dining table allows you to enjoy meals or board games on rainy days.
Find your very own washer/dryer in the spacious utility room which also offers plenty of room for yoga or workouts. While this home does not have air-conditioning, the lake breezes are always refreshing, and the basement stays pleasantly cool in summer.
