3 Bedroom House in Cedar Bushes, Plymouth
Built in 2018, originally 1900 square-foot year-round beach house is now expanded to include an additional 750 square feet in the basement. Three bedrooms on the second floor including a master bed/bath and a bunk bed room perfect for kids. 2 ½ baths. Everything in this house is brand new! High speed Internet throughout with Google Mini. Central air conditioning. Smart TV with Chromecast and gas fireplace in the living room. The newly finished lower level has a custom marble bathroom with shower, 2 rooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with a twin) and a recreation room with 2 TVs and ping pong and foosball tables. Trex deck with comfortable seating and a Weber gas grill. Double-lot offers a yard for kids to play in when they’re not around the corner at the Association’s private beach. Prepare to relax with linens (including beach towels), beach chairs and a beach cart ready for you to put your toes in the sand.
Manomet is a summer beach resort area with lots of little seasonal restaurants and cafes. Downtown Plymouth will keep you entertained with wonderful historic sites and shopping. We are about 45 minutes from Boston, one hour to Providence, Rhode Island, and 8 minutes to the Cape Cod bridge.
