Welcome to Yosemite Palms. A four bedroom, three and a half bath executive home with contemporary décor that reflects the sophisticated and luxurious Palm Springs lifestyle. This modern vacation rental is located in the desirable Indian Canyon Estates neighborhood of South Palm Springs adjacent to the 10th fairway of the Indian Canyons North Course.
This architectural four-bedroom residence is just five minutes from downtown Palms Springs.
Originally built in 1965 and redefined in 2010, this 3000sq foot oasis sits on a quarter acre lot and offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Simple elegance with luxurious finishes create a resort like desert oasis. The open floor plan has entertaining in mind. The kitchen area is the hub of the living space with sleek grey granite countertops and European style cabinetry. Overhead skylights and a sit-at island-bar round out the space.
The adjacent media and dining areas continue the flow of the open floor-plan into the formal living area and onto the outdoor-lanai living space. The formal living room features a baby grand piano and the original stacked stone gas fireplace modernized with cut glass for a dramatic setting. Floor to ceiling glass sliders bring the outdoors in and meld the indoor outdoor areas.
The outdoor living space offers a covered patio, with both seating and a dining area in addition to a dramatic outdoor fireplace for cool winter evening and dual ceiling fans for warmer days. A gas grill complements the outdoor kitchen with casual bar seating for alfresco dining. The updated and automated pool includes a spa and tanning shelf. The pool has a child safety fence that is available upon request. The spacious lot is walled for the ultimate in privacy and security. The lush lawn area accented by modern desert-scape and there is a plentiful walled citrus garden off the master suite. A towering needle-redwood and many palm trees offer even more shade and privacy. The grounds offer multiple private areas and incredible mountain vistas.
The sleeping quarters offer a luxurious master suite with outdoor access, a comfortable sitting area with two club chairs and large flat screen TV. The master ensuite-bathroom offers dual sinks and a giant glass encased shower with rain head and two additional massage nozzles for the ultimate spa experience. There are two additional private bedrooms on this wing of the residence that share a bath and offer luxurious appointments in modern themes.
An office, au pere suite or forth bedroom is accessible from the media area and is completely private from the rest of the house. The fourth bedroom offers a twin size Murphy-bed and ensuite bathroom.
Fully furnished and appointed - linens & pool towels provided. All modern conveniences (Washer/Dryer, central AC/Heat, High Speed Internet, Nest Thermostats, ADT Security System, Telephone, Cable TV, DVD). The residence is also family friendly.

City of Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax and Tourism Assessment Fee of 12.5% will be added to all bookings. This may be charged in a separate transaction and/or collected upon arrival.
Pool heating is optional and charges apply (recommended late-October through mid-April): $40/day.
