A utility room with washer & dryer. The master suite has a large master bathroom with a 3.5'x6' tub and a double shower. TV with satellite service and wifi internet. Natural Swimming Pool great for cooling off or just relaxing nearby. Property is perfect for a family gathering or guys or gals retreat. Also would make a lovely couples romantic getaway. Enjoy the natural surroundings and unplug (or not) from daily stress. Lawrence, KS is just a 20 min drive away with plenty of sports bars and restaurants.
