The high-quality house consists of two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room with fireplace and a winter garden with a large terrace. In the basement is the modern style and fully equipped kitchen. The winter garden connected to the kitchen is approx. 18 m² in size and welcomes you with a dining table and a cozy chill-out corner. From there you go to the large terrace with garden furniture. You will also find a guest bathroom with washing machine in the basement. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the cozy balcony you have a unique view of the sea. A special highlight of this house is the underfloor heating, which is laid throughout the house.
