This immaculate getaway is a newly remodeled, design-led, waterfront property with a private heated pool on a canal in Tampa Bay equipped with kayaks for the full experience. Our super clean (dander-free), modern townhome has 3 king bedrooms and 3 full baths with an open concept floorplan.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with Induction cooktop Italian range, dishwasher, speed oven, tea/coffee/espresso/cappuccino/french press brewing station, beverage fridge and all the blending, cooking, baking and grilling supplies you may need.
Your gathering spaces are all connected with the screened in pool lanai and waterfront canal grill area directly off dining and living room for easy breezy pool time and beautiful sunset grilling. Grab the blue tooth JBL speaker and enjoy a blended margarita as you dine alfresco at poolside. After dinner enjoy a boardgame from the selection in the tv console or paddle out on the kayaks to enjoy a waterfront sunset!!
All three King bedrooms are upstairs. You will sleep well on luxurious high thread count linens. Bathrooms are outfitted with fluffy Hotel Collection towels. Primary bedroom has on-suite bath and a private deck overlooking the pool. A perfect place to lounge for sunset over the canal.
Second large bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins as well as the luxurious velvet upholstered king bed. Perfect for a couple with children or just a large room to spread out.
The third adorable guest bedroom has a pink velvet king bed (hey it’s Florida).
Townhouse is 10 minutes to TPA, Raymond James Stadium and Tampa’s top shopping and dining. The perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and close proximity to the areas top attractions are at your fingertips.
