Positive: Special thanks for Mrs.Irena, everything was perfect, breakfast was delicious, room was clean, you can smell it in the air, really appreciated behavior of the staff, we give 10/10 to Prague ! Also after check out she let us leave our belongings in the hotel until our departure and gave us a little gift for our trip, wish we had relative like her, an angel on the earth!
