Upstairs furnished bedroom for rent in a nicely maintained 2 story home built in 2016. It's in a safe residential neighborhood. This is a co-living environment where all common areas are shared equally, the rooms are rented out to working professionals and Travelers. I don't live in the home. I currently have 2 rooms available and the Main Bedroom with a private bath will be available 2/1. Shared bathroom with only one other housemate and your own vanity. I am happy to set up a FaceTime call for viewings if you aren't in the area.
