This newly constructed cabin offers a sublime getaway experience! As you step into its expansive 3,100 square feet interior, you are greeted by a tastefully decorated space that marries cabin aesthetics with modern comforts. 6 fully furnished bedrooms can be found within, allowing ample rooms for you to spread out.
The main living space showcases smart TVs, a cozy fireplace, and an inviting dining area. Upstairs, a loft area provides a scenic overlook, complete with a kids' play kitchen and an assortment of board games and books. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features a diverse range of appliances, gadgets, and utensils.
You'll find the outdoor space to be the star of the show. A wraparound deck offers an idyllic setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation, perhaps with a book or observing the local wildlife. Those seeking deeper relaxation can indulge in the bubbling hot tub, while evenings are best spent around the fire pit, enveloped in its warmth and camaraderie. The cabin is located in the Ice House Creek subdivision. It is quite secluded and surrounded by foliage.
Street parking is NOT permitted. Up to 10 vehicles can comfortably fit in the driveway. Trailers up to 30' in length can fit on the property, regardless of season.

- 60 minutes from the West Entrance to YNP.

- Firewood is not stocked at the cabin, but can be picked up at Elk Creek Gas Station on your way into the property.
If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The GHR team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
1. No smoking allowed on the premises.
2. No pets allowed on the premises.
3. No food/drink in the bedrooms besides water.
4. No food/drink to be left outside unattended, due to wildlife attractants, which is fined by the county.
5. No garbage or debris left outside unattended.
6. We don't allow parties or loud noises after 10pm.
7. Only the number of overnight guests indicated at check-in are allowed to stay overnight on/at the property.
8. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules.
9. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. No pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
10. Please do not place items near the baseboard and electric heaters to avoid fire, damage, and melting.
11. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing.
12. Please lock and close all windows upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters.
13. All garbage must be stowed in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. Extra charges may be imposed if not observed.
14. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property.
15. Outdoor security cameras are in use.
16. No street parking allowed. Please only park on the property.
17. Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits can be found at the cabin. Locations are detailed in the guidebook.
18. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the property manager and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave.
19. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear proof containers and do not approach wildlife.
20. Please be patient as we work to improve the property! Our properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules. In the event that work needs to be done on the property during your stay, we will let you know in advance that a maintenance team member may stop by the property. If no one answers the door, they will have access to the property to service it during normal business hours.
