Tannersville is a four season small, picturesque, old fashion, ski town inside the historic Catskill State Park. The town is full of fun winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tubing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. During spring, summer and fall months you can enjoy activities like hiking, camping, swimming in lakes or rivers, Kaaterskill waterfalls, fishing, biking, hunting, zip-lining and much more.
House Rules:
1. Safety - Never leave kids unattended inside or outside of the house.
2. Toilet - Only toilet paper can be flushed down, no sanitary napkins, paper towels, etc.
3. Fire - No candle allowed in the house. No smoking. Propain Fireplace should not be operating for more than an hour at a time (when using fireplace, living room must be well ventilated). Don’t through anything into the fireplace. Never remove batteries from the fire detectors.
4. Respect - Outside quite hours 10pm - 8am
5. Door and windows should be shut to avoid any insects getting into the house.
6. Occupancy - Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
7. When swimming pool and hot tub not in use, covers should be ON when not in use, to prevent temperature drop, evaporation or condensation.
8. Check-in/out - Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
