Positive: The house is good overall, the location is excellent, it was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We had requested to arrive earlier, between 1 and 2 pm, instead of the usual 3 pm. The request was acknowledged, but we only received a booking confirmation stating that the arrival time is 3 pm. When we arrived at 2 pm, the house wasn't yet cleaned after the previous guests. We called the AirKeeper, they sent someone, and the house was ready shortly after 3 pm. Then, on the second night of our stay, a huge storm hit, and the house was affected by the unplanned outage. The electricity was out from 3 am to some time after 4 pm. We contacted AirKeeper again to inform them about the issue. The house's heating, cooktop, kettle, and hot water are all powered by electricity. I understand that it is out of anyone's control, but we were unable to even make tea, and what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday turned out to be spent driving to the resort's lobby to wait for the outage to be fixed. Luckily, we were able to return to the house for our last night. The Nature Trail behind the house is very beautiful and leads to the stunning walks.
