Situated on a slight hill in a quiet, well established cul-de-sac, this warm and sunny two storey cottage is a wee gem with its well maintained interior. It also lives up to its name with glorious views from the upstairs bedrooms and the deck of Mount Robert, Mount Angelus and the St. Arnaud range. Approx 10 minutes walk to Lake Rotoiti and approx 10 minutes walk to St. Arnaud Village Store.
Special conditions: No pets. Smoking outside only (please dispose of butts thoughtfully). This property relies solely on rain water for its water supply. For this reason, please conserve water especially during the dryer months

Summary: Lovely location surrounded by nature. Quite & peaceful. Cleanliness of property was disappointing but overall house was roomy and comfortable. Note that linen and cleaning are extras. No rubbish bags supplied either.
