Our place is in a fantastic location right in downtown SLC, close to some of the best attractions and popular venues that Utah has to offer; this is the perfect destination and stay for anyone or business/work travelers new to the area or just visiting! It is on the first floor from the street, But if you park in the reserved parking at the back of the building, you will walk down one flight of stairs to get to the apartment.
*We have recently added a different rug due to damage to the one in the photos.

Other things to note
We do have some beautiful large Elm Trees that shade our building; however, from July 1st to October 31, this increases the chances that Elm seed bugs may appear in the unit. They are small and harmless, like a ladybug, do not bite, and are not considered a health risk. They generally will keep to the window sills. We spray the building periodically to keep their presence to a very small minimum, but if you see a couple that may have made it inside during this season, please let us know, and we're happy to assist!
