Our cozy, colorful 1914 century home features mid-century furniture, local art and more amenities than character counts will allow. There are tons of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance so pack comfortable shoes.
My husband and I used to live here so we've worked hard to ensure that it's as comfortable and functional as possible.
We truly hope you enjoy our bold, historic and authentic city as much as we do!
This home has a new driveway that fits up to three cars for off street parking.
But finding parking couldn't be easier in Jacksonville. Especially Murray Hill.
And if you're looking to ditch the car, feel free. The majority of Jacksonville's arts and entertainment are within 1 to 4 miles of our home.
We personally enjoy walking to the river (1.5 miles) in Avondale or grabbing beers at our breweries and bars just a block away on Edgewood Ave.
And as in any major city, Ubers and Lyfts are always just around the corner.
