Clean and comfortable, this home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in the prestigious resort of Bretton Woods, consistently rated as Best in the East for snow, grooming and scenery. But it's not just about skiing. A true 4 season resort, there is something to do every month of the year - from amazing hikes to waterfalls and scenic drives, wildlife watching, and popular attractions such as the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Franconia Notch State Park, Crawford Notch State Park, and many, many more. The options are virtually endless! Less than 2 minutes from the Mount Washington Hotel, you can also visit the historic hotel, one of the last remaining grand hotels of the past century.
The home's location at the end of a driveway provides unbeatable privacy, even as you enjoy the convenience of the largest association in Bretton Woods! The association has its own walking paths through the beautiful forest, and even hiking trails to the top of Little Mount Deception, where you will be greeted by an incredible view of Mount Washington. Tennis courts are available to the association guests, as well.
The home has 2 levels and 3 bedrooms. The open concept living room/dining room/kitchen boasts large windows with a nice view of the woods surrounding the home and parts of the ski area. A wood burning fireplace adds ambiance on those cold nights, and cable TV is available in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note - rates vary based on length of stay. Stay longer, and save! Pets are welcome with pet fee but PLEASE no pets on furniture and beds.

Bathroom #3: Located on the main level attached to Guest Bedroom #2 and living space and features a standalone shower.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a coffee maker and cozy breakfast bar that seats 4!
Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with large dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture that surrounds the wood-burning stone fireplace. Views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from every window and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining.

This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations.
