Positive: The van was nice. Easy to find, especially as the hosts sent a very helpful video detailing exactly how to get there. The hot tub was great, and the hosts left plenty of towels which was wonderful. Hosts were easy to contact, and very helpful for the lost part. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Negative: There weren’t any instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi. When we asked for some we were told to take the back off the Wi-Fi box, but it wasn’t obvious how to do that without breaking it. Someone had to come out the next day and sort it. Then there was a power cut later on and we were without power for an hour or so. After that the Wi-Fi refused to work, so we spent most of the weekend without Wi-Fi. The pub across the road also played very loud music day and night, and while the noise level wouldn’t be too bad when visiting early in the season (as we did) it would be hellishly noisy in peak season when everything else in the area is open.
