This 12th floor, penthouse condo is sure to impress! Expansive ocean views where you can enjoy whales breaching during the winter months as well as stunning views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
At Royal Kahana 1212 you will enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean as soon as you walk in. Looking to dine in? This well appointed kitchen is perfect for enjoying a meal al fresco from the privacy of your lanai where you'll soak in the front row ocean views. Or if you prefer to dine in, you can eat at the dining table for 4.
The living room has plenty of seating, a nice flat screen TV, incredible natural lighting, ceiling fans and central AC to keep cool. The couch converts into a Queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and has its own separate TV for entertainment. The bathroom has a nice tile and glass surrounded walk-in shower. You'll also find laundry machines for added guest convenience.
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are also provided.
Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Enjoy many sandy beaches nearby! The resort amenities include a pool with a grass grill BBQ area, fitness room, and front desk. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina.
*Please note that all reservations will be charged a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort and is in no way affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently NOT available but this is subject to change. There is beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
