CALA DI SOLE : A house (10 persons, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) on two levels facing the sea, set on a wooded plot, with a swimming pool (secured by a roller shutter). Full of charm, it is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and bright. It is ideal for stays with family, friends and even two families due to its two distinct spaces each equipped with their own kitchen with private entrance connected by the central staircase. The many terraces and balconies will allow you to enjoy quiet moments after sharing with family or friends. The house is equipped with wifi (fibre) with several repeaters in the house.
On the first level, a large open entrance leads to the living room and the separate, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry.
Separated from the entrance by 2 steps, the vast office area facing the sea as well as the spacious living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace.
This living space opens onto a large terrace facing the sea which extends over almost the entire length of the house with a view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the pool.
Accessed by a corridor, the first floor night area consists of 3 bedrooms with storage space and two shower rooms with WC, one of which is private.
