Summary: My husband & I stayed here during our week long Alicante stay. We were met outside the apartment about 10minutes or so after arriving. She gave us information on how to enter both the building and the apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Since it was the penthouse we had a nice balcony with table & chairs. The kitchen has several things we needed for our stay (they provided some cleaning items and toilet paper) but we still had to make a run to the store for extra paper goods. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. An extra blanket would have been a nice-to-have. The apartment has a dining table and chairs and a sofa. A nice to have would be a living room chair to watch TV. It was a little awkward to have the master bathroom in the bedroom but the toilet is off the living room, but we made it work. The shower and the tub (didn't use) were huge. We loved the location and were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, promenade, train & tram station. There was a beach umbrella but we had to buy a beach towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend.
