Welcome to #213, a four Season Cottage at Seaglass Village, Wells, Maine. This cottage has been recently updated and refreshed with new paint and furniture reflecting a cottage with a relaxing feel. Walking into the cottage, you are welcomed with lots of natural light from the large windows, the friendly yellow walls and cottage style furnishings of the Sunroom. There are two side tables that will allow you to charge your electronic devices, as well as a 46-inch television and a Blue Ray DVD player with many family friendly DVDs for your use, along with an assortment of board games and cards. A full-size pull-out bed is also available in this room. As you enter the main living area of the cottage, you are greeted with serene blue walls reminding you of the ocean and sky. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment needed to make a delicious meal for you and your loved ones. Imagine sitting down at the table with your family and friends enjoying your evening meal and recalling the events of the day, building memories that will last a lifetime. You can even sit and relax with a beverage of choice in the comfy chair while reading a book, or just listening to music. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a 14-inch Memory Foam mattress that will ease your cares away and you will wake refreshed and ready for another day of adventure. Each night table has 3 draws for your use along with the 2 draws at the end of the bed. There is a 32-inch flat screen television mounted on the wall as well as 2 USB charges built into the alarm clock so your electronics can recharge while you sleep. A daybed with pull out trundle is located in the second bedroom to accommodate 2 individuals and each has an 8-inch memory foam mattress. The alarm clock will permit you to recharge your electronic device and there is plenty of storage in the night table. A comfortable chair located by the window if great for sitting and reading. Our unit also provides a washer and dryer and wireless internet access for you use. Located around the corner you will find the Family pool area with a separate toddler pool. Up the street is the Club House with a full-size pool, 2 resistance pools, and a hot tub. You will also find a Bocce Ball field and putting green for your enjoyment. Inside is a dedicated workout area with cardiovascular equipment and weights for your use. The Sand Bar serves adult beverages, and a sitting area where you may have conversations with friends new and old as well as the library. Not far from Seaglass is Wells Beach, North Beach and Ogunquit Beach, and more restaurants and places of interest for you to explore and enjoy. *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
Enjoy this bright and beautiful, 2-bedroom cottage. This is a 4 seasons cottage, so we can accommodate your stay anytime of the year. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a twin daybed, with a twin trundle bed. All beds have memory foam mattresses for a restful night sleep. This cottage is perfectly placed around the corner from the family pool.
