This double storey beach house is beautifully positioned to absorb captivating 180° ocean and river views from the front and rear balconies while only being approximately 30 steps to this engaging, magical beach which only a lucky few get to really appreciate. Safe swimming and majestic walks as wells as fantastic fishing from the beach, rocks and river are just some of the many attractions.

But best of all is the expansive ocean views from the decked all weather balcony. The balcony is protected with café blinds and finished with quality outdoor furniture. Spend the night taking in the lights of Adelaide on the deck as you enjoy a wine while listening to the waves break on the shore. The master upstairs bedroom provides a sensational, sparkling double size ensuite including a corner spa, separate toilet and an enormous his and hers shower while downstairs offers a 2nd master bathroom with 2nd toilet. Barbeques will be enjoyed from the 2nd timber deck area with unrestricted, unblemished, rural and river views bordered by the fascinating and refreshingly peaceful Myponga hillside.
