When you're ready to get out and explore after soaking in this beautiful space, you'll love the easy commute and close proximity to Nashville's greatest hot spots! This location is literally 15 mins or less from every major neighborhood in Nashville!
The Layout:
The first floor opens into an open concept living space, dining area, and kitchen. Special features in the living room includea 65 inch smart TV with Disney+ subscription, an acoustic guitar, full sized LED mirror, and stunning glam inspired decor and furnishings. The fully stocked kitchen area is donned with marble countertops and every kitchen appliance imaginable, including a bartender mixologist kit. There’s also a half bath located on this level. The second level is comprised of the master bedroom, with a queen bed, walk in closet and a connected en suite bathroom. Around the corner is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and large closet.Additionally on this level, there is a guest bathroom with a deep bathtub and a washer and dryer. The third and final level boasts of an expansive rooftop deck, complete with ample seating, a grill, a fire pit, a greenery wall, and incredible East Nashville views.(There is an external security camera on site.)
A few special and unique features to note:
Each bathroom is stocked with special make-up mirrors and revlon styling tools, including a straightener and a blow dryer. Each bedroom has an ihome wireless phone charger for your convenience. Finally, the Wifi speed is 600-mpbs (which is essential for those who will be working remotely, and need to upload large files. )
Parking:
Please park in the dedicated parking spaces in front of Unit #10. The unit’s parking spaces are the two spaces directly in front of the entrance and planter. Additional parking is available on the back row by the bins.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
