We try to maintain a somewhat quiet and peaceful environment for the most part; allowing for respect to the full time tenants below but it is also a great spot for barbecues and dinner on the lawn during the longer hours of the summer. The stars are amazing on a clear night. There are rugs throughout so there is a lower noise level and in general there is not a lot of nose transfer between the upper and lower levels.
There is renowned summer theater in Dorset and Weston. The southern Vermont Arts Center has world renowned concerts and an art center. There are private and public golf courses nearby and a Recreation Center in Manchester with a pool, tennis courts, a playground and a skateboard park.
