Welcome to The Rolling Stone! Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests. The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door on the patio. Once inside, guests will be welcomed into the cozy living room with a large SmartTV. While our fireplace no longer works, we feel it warms up the room and really makes it feel like home! Just past the living room is the dining room where guests will find a large farmhouse table with two bench seats so everyone can gather around to enjoy a meal together! At the back of the home is the fully-equipped kitchen which includes a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher!
There are three bedrooms downstairs; two have king beds and one has two full beds. There is a shared full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, guests will find two more bedrooms, each with a full bed. There is one bathroom upstairs in the hallway with a shower.
The backyard is fully-fenced in and can be access through the laundry room off the kitchen! There is also a patio table and chairs on the front porch which is perfect for enjoying the cool morning air!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
