Go exploring on several local walks, mapped out by the owner, taking you through ancient woodland, along river paths or seeking out a country pub. Nip into the village of Pulborough or the county towns of Petworth and Arundel which host an array of historic pubs, shops and attractions, or take in a vineyard tour and tasting at the award-winning Nutbourne and Nyetimber Estates.

The kitchen is well-equipped every appliance you could need to whip up a delicious meal. On the ground floor, there are two comfortable double bedrooms for two; one double and one twin.
