Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely little cottage right next to the pub, couldn't hear any noise from there. Nice little sleepy village. Cottage was clean and tidy, with a small but very clean and well equipped kitchen. No garden as such but the pub is so close wouldn't be needed. Take cash for the cafes - being small independents it helps them avoid extortionate bank charges, some won't take cards.

Negative: Don't be put off by the window sills and skirtings - looks like they have been painted with some antique stain on white paint to look rustic so looks a little dirty/rusty - it's not! :)

Summary: Nice quiet location, tidy, clean traditional cottage - village very quiet, small coffee shops etc
