This private house has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, one air conditioner unit that cools the entire house and one a/c unit on each room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, dedicated laundry space with washer and dryer, spacious outdoor patio with rustic bar and outdoor kitchen, fully furnished terrace with two lounge areas to drink your coffee in the morning or to enjoy a meal with family and friends; and lastly a beautiful plunge pool with a waterfall and chaise lounge chairs to take the sun. ** In case of a power outage, our guests will still have power as we have a 16kw generator that will turn on automatically in case the power goes down. **
KITCHEN + DINING AREA + LIVING ROOM
This open space concept with beach vibes decor will leave you wanting to live in the Caribbean all year long. When you enter the house, you come across a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an island bar that accommodates up to 4 people. As part of the kitchen amenities, you will find high quality cookware and tableware. Next, you will find the dining table that seats up to 6 people. At the end of the open space, you will find the living area with a 65" 4k Curved Smart TV with access to streaming applications. This is the perfect spot for a cozy game night or a movie night. From this area you have access to the outdoor patio.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated to blend seamlessly with the beach relaxing vibes of the house. All bedrooms have a/c units and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a king size Rustic Canopy Bed, smart 46" Smart TV, small workspace area with a floating desk, closet and drawer space and a private bathroom. The second room has a queen-size bed, a workspace area with a desk, closet and drawer space. The third room with minimalistic decor also features a queen size bed with only part of the closet space (one section of the closet is closed and not available for guest use). And the fourth room has 2 twin size beds, a wall mounted 32" Smart TV and small seating area; this room has no closet space (the closet area is not available for guest use).
OUTDOOR KITCHEN/BAR + PLUNGE POOL
You can choose to relax in the Outdoor area, either by sinking in the plunge pool, taking a nap in the hammock, taking the sun in the chaise lounge chairs or drinking your coffee in the patio. But you can also have an exciting time by cooking at the outdoor kitchen grill, making cocktails at the Bar, watching a concert on the Smart TV located at the Bar area or have an outdoor game night. The possibilities are many; you will never run out of things to do!

Once you are ready to explore the beautiful landscapes and amenities the community has to offer, you can hop in your golf cart and drive around.
