Clubhouse access 100 feet away included with an outdoor pool, workout room, sauna, etc. This new construction 3 bedroom unit is neat and clean, ready to host your Vacationland getaway retreat. The open concept living area contains a sofa that can double as a pull out couch sleeping space if need be. Large open kitchen/living combo which is great for enjoying time with your fellow travelers. In unit laundry and an attached one car garage. Wifi and roku televisions will keep your entire group connected and entertained. A great place to relax after enjoying the many local area attractions!
*A guest pass is available in advance through Bay Point should you want to use the beach, restaurants, or marina facilities. This Waterview Villa has its own clubhouse just 100 feet away and includes an outdoor pool, grills, social room, gym, saunas, etc. This is all included with your stay. A key fob will be located in the unit for guests to access the clubhouse. ($350 fee if lost or unreturned).
This gorgeous villa is practically brand new. 3 large bedrooms including one with a bunk bed (full and twin) and pull out trundle (room sleeps 4), one with a queen bed, and the primary with a king bed. (Rooms sleep 8). The large open kitchen/dining/living area is a great space for friends and family to be together. The kitchen will be fully stocked with dishware for 8 settings. A keurig coffee machine will greet you on those vacation mornings with basic coffees provided. In unit laundry is available for guest use. There is a one car garage attached. The front deck is a great spot to hang out and includes patio furniture for relaxing. An active bald eagle nest is within view of the deck. The clubhouse is 100 feet away and includes a pool, gathering area, workout area, and saunas. From the front deck you can listen to the lake Erie waves crash against the beach. This is a great spot to boat with Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie both accessible from the marina. Cedar Point can be seen from Bay Point and is a short 30 minute car ride or 10 minute boat ride away. The Lake Erie island ferry boats are also very close. The ferries to Put in Bay /South Bass Island are 15 minutes away while the Kelleys Island Ferry is only a 2 minute drive north. Around the corner is the most photographed lighthouse in the great lakes, the Marblehead Lighthouse. Find yourself shopping and dining at quaint downtown Marblehead.
