Immerse yourself in the Costa Rican experience within the cozy confines of our captivating space. Relax outside on the private back terrace facing the golf course serenaded by the daily calls of howler monkeys and macaws. Or enjoy a leisurely round of golf at the Los Delfines Golf and Country Club. Play some pickleball, beach volleyball, go for a nice walk in the 24/7 secured gated friendly community and along the 6KM Tambor beach, or do yoga. There is a beach restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks, and have fun dancing and doing karaoke! Enjoy the various excursions: Tortuga island tour with snorkelling & lunch, ATV riding to waterfalls & zip lining tour, CURU Wildlife park tour, horseback riding on the beach, kayak & paddleboard rentals, bioluminescence tours. ABOUT THE CONDO
Our condo is a new 2024 construction completely furnished. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom. All furniture is high-end or custom-made with local exotic wood. All linen and towels are high quality.
There is a 55" Smart TV with cable channels and wifi fibre optic internet (30 MBPS). Relax outside on our 300 sq ft. private backyard facing the golf course. Enjoy a nice outdoor BBQ on the charcoal grill.
The condo has its own washer and dryer. There are 3 new AC units: 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. There is also a pickleball set for your enjoyment.
NOTE
Security cameras are installed at the outdoor front and back. No cameras are installed inside. The cameras will be turned off when guests arrive.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is easy. A code will be sent to you before your arrival, which will need to be given to the gated security at the entrance. You only need to provide your code and name and show your ID (passport or Costa Rican ID).
