Children's room has a daybed with comfy twin mattress on top and pull-out twin memory foam pad. Teenager could sleep on twin mattress on top.

**This home is owner occupied most of the time. Some closets will not be available. Garage will not be available. 2 parking spaces outside the garage are available, and guest parking is marked in the median grass in front of home if more than 2 vehicles are with your party. If using the crib let us know age of child so we can make sure it is at the right height for child safety. Our ice maker is currently not working, so we will have ice in the freezer until we have it repaired.
