Each of the 3 levels in the lake house offer beautiful lake views! The main level has a living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom with king bed, bathroom, and laundry room. The upper level has 2 huge bedrooms, one with a queen bed and daybed, the other with 2 queens and a shared bathroom. The lower level has a recreation room, bedroom with king bed and bathroom!
Unwind in the huge, screened porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail with loved ones. Cozy up by the crackling fire pit as the stars twinkle overhead or embark on an adventure paddling the lake by kayak or rowboat. Summertime on Lake Shish is wonderful! There are two private docks, a swimming raft and a private boat launch for your fishing or ski boat. We also provide a rowboat, 2 kayaks and a small canoe for those wanting a little more exercise! A state-owned island, with hiking trails, can be seen from the lake house! You are sure to see some of the Northwoods wildlife, including bald eagles, loons, beavers, blue herons and much more.
Shoreview Lake House is great in the fall and winter, too! The beautiful colors of autumn reflect on our serene lake! A brisk hike or bike ride on the Minocqua's Bearskin trail is a memorable experience. And, there is still fishing and kayaking on the lake!
We are on a snowmobile trail and just minutes from Winter Park, with cross country skiing at it's best! Or just clamp on snowshoes and cross a frozen Lake Shish! Do not hesitate to book for winter dates as we offer a no-snow refund.
