New house built in 2017 with a private garden in a beautiful Eleuthera Island shores. Just 10 minute drive from Surfers beach.
Porch has a corner sofa and a beautiful view of the yard and ocean. Perfect place for your morning coffee or tea. Access to the porch both from the living room and bed room.
Kitchen and living room are in same space. The layout is open. Fully furnished kitchen and modern rustic decor. Gas stove and a very large refrigerator. Finding food on the island can be challenging so we recommend bringing some snacks and basics.
Bathroom is spacious and also includes a big closet where you can store your luggage and clothes.
The house has rainwater so please be considerate of that.
Bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and air conditioner. The air conditioner cools down the whole upstairs area. It’s recommended to keep all the doors inside the house open while using the ac.
The yard has many different kind of flowers like, Bougenvilles, Frangipanis, Hibiscus and also many coconut trees and different sort of palms. Perfect for photoshoots.
The closest beach to the house is Surfers Beach.
