Three-minute drive to skiing. Walk to hiking trails – the Plunge Trail at Blackrock Park is only a two-minute walk from the house. Endless activities await – skiing, tubing, hiking, cideries/breweries/wineries/distilleries...
We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski rentals ahead of time.
Second Dog - Second dog considered on a case by case basis. If approved, additional $75 fee will be collected separately after reservation is confirmed.
The Space
Outside:
There are two back decks for you to enjoy. The upper deck has a gas grill and table and chairs. The hot tub is on the lower deck – directly accessible from both bedrooms.
Living Room:
So many ways to relax – watch your favorite show or movie on the 65” smart TV, play a game, do a puzzle, enjoy the wood burning fireplace. (Note: Guests must provide their own firewood. We recommend purchasing firewood at The Market at Wintergreen Resort – two-minute drive from the house.)
Primary Bedroom:
A comfortable Queen bed. En suite bathroom – with a tub/shower combo (early 80s vibe in bathroom is complimentary). 50” smart TV.
Bedroom Two:
Two comfortable Twin XL beds. En suite bathroom – with a tub/shower combo (early 80s vibe in bathroom is complimentary). 43” smart TV.
Kitchen:
The kitchen includes a Keurig K-Duo (single-serve and traditional coffee maker), Chemex pour-over coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, pots, pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, and bowls.
Laundry: Full-sized washing machine and dryer

Other Things To Note:
The owner's storage area in the loft (accessed via the spiral staircase in the dining room) is not accessible to guests.
The house has one Ring floodlight camera in the front (covers the driveway and approach to front door area).
Seasonal resort activities (available for an additional fee) include: skiing, The Plunge Tubing Park, The Spa at Wintergreen, Discovery Ridge Adventure Center, The Treehouse, Stoney Creek golf course (in the valley), and on-site dining.
Certain Resort amenities are not available to anyone renting through VRBO. There is no guest access to The Aquatics + Fitness Center (indoor pool/fitness center), Devil's Knob golf course (on the mountain), Devil's Grill, or the Racquet Sports Facilities.
