This two-story home includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything you may need to prepare & cook meals. Perfect location for traveling professionals or families visiting California.

Located in a very quiet town you can rest & relax in our two-story fully furnished home. Each comfy bed is set up with crisp white down type comforters and down type pillows. Each of our bedrooms are set up with smart locks for professional group stays.
Bedroom #1 Queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, dresser, side tables, & lamps, full size closet, ceiling fan, curtains & blinds.
Bedroom #2 King bed, 40 inch smart TV, dresser, side tables, lamps, desk & chair, dresser, blinds, ceiling fan, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with separate tub/shower.
Bedroom #3 queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, desk & chair, side tables, lamps, full size closet, blinds.
Bedroom #4 queen bed, side table, lamp, dresser, desk & chair, full size closet, blinds, ceiling fan.
Bedroom doors all have locks with key fobs.
Full size bathroom with tub/shower combo located on the second-floor hallway.
En suite bathroom with separate tub/shower located in Bedroom #2
1/2 size bath located downstairs.
Kitchen- Our full-size kitchen offers everything you may need to prepare & cook meals. We have a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker & water filter. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, mixer, rice cooker, and a variety of kitten essentials. A Keurig coffee maker includes drip pot and French press. We provide coffee, and a variety of oils and spices. We have a 6-seat dining table & 2 bar stools.
Our back yard if fully fenced in and includes a hammock for relaxing & an outdoor table with 5 chairs. We have a bbq that we store in the garage for guest use.
Washer & dryer located in designated laundry room available for guest use and includes detergent & dryer sheets.
Livingroom- 55-inch smart TV, gas fireplace available during winter months, Room darkening shades, tastefully decorated with an oversized couch.
Conversation area- includes 2 comfy chairs, a record player with several records, and a variety of games & children's toys/books
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. & back yard. We do not have a garage remote so opening & shutting the garage can be done by wall button inside.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors & quiet times.
Please pull bbq from garage to backyard if wanting to bbq.
