Welcome to this recently built beachfront Condominium, with all the facilities one could think of. This 3 bedroom condo has partial Ocean views from some rooms. The Condominium Complex consists of 2 Towera and it is located at San Benito Beach, km 24.5, East of Progreso, that is 15 minutes drive from Progreso.
The Space:
Being a remote location, the Complex offers most of the needed ammenities, including among others: two swimming-pools, a gym with AC, Kids Club with TV and AC, a Bar with swings and TV, a video lounge, a small shop with water jugs and ice cubes. So make sure you buy all your groceries in Progreso.
This condo islocated on the 1st floor of the secondary and newer Tower of the Complex, which has a hydraulic elevator for 10 people. It has FIBER OPTIC with +70 Mbps download and +20 Mbps upload speed.
The unit consists of: sitting and the dinning area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom, and balconies surrounding the entire perimeter of the property. From the living and one of the bedroom, you can see the Ocean, the calm waters of the Gulf of México.
One bedroom has a King Size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Double Beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Double Bed. There is an en-suite bathroom for the Master bedroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom serving the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a guest toilet, just behind the kitchen area.
Guest Access:
Our guests shall have access to all the rooms, and all the common areas, such as: the two swimming-pools, the gym, the Kids'Club and Kids'Playground, the bar, the private parking, the wooden deck, etc.
The access street from the main road Progreso - Telchac is called Brown Condos - Entrada Brown Condos.
The Neighborhood:
Playa San Benito is a remote location, so make sure you rent a car and buy your groceries before your check-in. The Complex is located in a 100% residential area with exquisite properties.
Other Things to Note:
**A NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE was started in March, 2023, about 500 metres South-West of this Complex. They have all the legal permits which allows them to work until 8PM, but not at the weekends. Sometimes there will be construction noises, which we cannot control or stop. Thank you for your understanding.**
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. 5 kWh/day is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.** The Guests shall pay the extra consumption of electricity at cost, based on the 2 readings of the electricity meter.
● Please notice we only provide toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
