Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled on the picturesque Tennessee River! This idyllic retreat offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Step inside and discover a spacious and inviting interior that boasts modern comforts and a cozy atmosphere. You'll immediately notice the picturesque windows and beautiful, open fully stocked kitchen. The three bedrooms (each bedroom has a queen bed) provide ample space for you and your loved ones to rest and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the local attractions. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. One bedroom is located on the lower level, while the master and loft bedrooms are upstairs. There are two bathrooms; a full bathroom located downstairs and an en suite full bathroom attached to the master bedroom upstairs. The master bathroom also has the access door to the upstairs patio overlooking the river. Please note the loft bedroom might not be suitable for young children as it does open to the rest of the house.
As you venture outside, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the Tennessee River. Spend your mornings sipping coffee, while watching the sun rise over the tranquil waters. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and share stories under the twinkling stars. Relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking or exploring.
Now, let's talk about our furry friends! While staying at our home, you'll have the company of three adorable cats who call this property their home. They are friendly and well-behaved; they DO NOT enter the home, but you will see them roaming the property. If you're a cat lover, you'll definitely enjoy their delightful presence.
Located in close proximity to local attractions, you'll have plenty of activities to choose from. Explore the nearby hiking trails, go fishing on the river, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of nature. Downtown, you'll find a variety of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and vibrant entertainment options.

Things to note:
-We have excellent WiFi, but there is a chance you will not get cell reception inside the home.
-The third bedroom is in the loft area and may not be suitable for young kids.
-The driveway is small and uneven and can accommodate one large or two small cars, which is a very tight squeeze. We can try to make arrangements for a third vehicle, but you will need to let us know ahead of time. Please do not park in the church parking lot next door. The driveway is also on a blind curve which can make backing out difficult. You can pull into the church to turn around.
-You've probably read this a few times but for good measure... there are cats that live on the property. They do not enter the house, but please be aware you probably will see them and this might not be the best fit if you are allergic to cats.
The entire home is accessible to guests. The garage space is where the cats call home and for this reason is off limits to guests.

-Please be aware this property is in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE. Most of Chattanooga is on Eastern Time.

-The driveway can accommodate two cars, which is a very tight squeeze. Please do NOT park in the church parking lot. The driveway is located on a blind curve and can be easy to miss. We suggest backing in to make it easier to exit.
-You've probably read this a few times but for good measure... there are cats that live on the property. They do not enter the house, but please be aware you probably will see them and this might not be the best fit if you are allergic to cats.
-No smoking! If you smoke please do so outside and away from the doors. Please property dispose of your cigarette butts (extra charges will apply if we find butts scattered in the yard). An immediate $500 fee PLUS the cost of any additional remediation will be charged if we find evidence of smoke (of any substance) in the home.
-There are 3 cats that live on the property (they do not enter the house). You are welcome to interact with them as much as you want! Because of the cats we are not accepting any other pets at this time. If you have a service animal please be aware of the cats.
-Please enjoy the hot tub and any other amenities! Please do not put any soap or other substances in the hot tub.
-Check in time is 4:00PM (CENTRAL TIME)
-Checkout time is 11:00AM (CENTRAL TIME)
