We've even included a convenient desk, in case you need to catch up on some work during your stay. The second and third bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all of our guests.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have complete access to our stunning main house, where you'll enjoy all the comforts and amenities of a luxury vacation rental. We do want to note that there is a detached casita on the property with its own separate entrance, but don't worry - it won't impact your privacy or enjoyment during your stay. While the casita and the main house share a driveway, there is ample parking available for all guests, so you can come and go as you please without any worries.

- SmartTVs allow you to log in to your personal streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows and movies. Live T.V. is not available.
- PETS At our home, we allow our guests to bring one dog per booking. While we welcome you to bring your furry friend, we do have a few rules we ask you to follow to help protect our home’s furniture and linens. Please do not leave your pet alone in the home unless crated. Pets are not allowed in beds or on indoor / outdoor furniture. All pet waste needs to be picked up and thrown away prior to checkout. Pet owners will be responsible to pay any damages or additional cleaning fees if needed following checkout. Our pet fee is $250 per stay and will be added on to your total booking amount when you add a pet to your guest list. This fee does not cover any damages caused by your pet during your stay.
- ✖ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ✖- Parties or events are NOT allowed in our listing and will not be tolerated. Guests will be fined for violation of this policy. In an effort to abide by Airbnb’s no parties/events policy, there is a noise sensor in this home. Unplugging these sensors is prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- ✖ NO SMOKING ✖- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property. This is a strictly non-smoking accommodation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in fines and booking cancellation.
