Over the years we’ve stayed in many resorts and vacation rentals. We’ve used our experience to make this home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for ourselves, our family, and friends. We're looking to rent our home to people who will cherish it as much as we do.
Our home was built in 2017 and has been very delicately used. Almost everything in the home is new. It has 10-12 foot ceilings which give it a fresh and open feel. We’ve kept the furnishings comfortable and simple because that is how we like it!
The community that our home is in is very well maintained. We enjoy walking, biking, shopping, but mostly our private backyard and pool.
Location
Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It backs to a landscaped wash on two sides and since the view is unobstructed, we get a really great view of all the spectacular Arizona sunsets and a great deal of privacy. Our community connects to a paved 3.5 linear trail/park featuring a collection of unique discoveries and outdoor experiences. This paved trail allows you to walk or ride one of our bicycles 0.5 miles to access a Safeway, Cross-Eyed Cricket Sport Pub, Subway, Stevie’s Pizza, Walgreens, NW Coffee, a nail salon, a bank, and more. A Circle K with a gas station is in the same vicinity.
Our home is located 5 minutes from the SR 303 Loop, 42 miles from the Sky Harbor Airport, 19 miles from *Lake Pleasant, 1.2 miles from Trilogy Golf Club, and 5 miles to Four Corners Shopping and many Restaurants (at the intersection of Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway).
Amenities
Renting the home for 90 days allows you access to a club house featuring a basketball gymnasium, game room, movement studio, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and two pools (on of which is a lap pool). This is all included in the 90 day monthly price.
*Lake Pleasant
Lake Pleasant is a regional park in the city of Peoria consisting of 23,000 acres of water and unblemished desert. According to the VisitPeoriaAZ website the park offers boating, kayaking, restaurants, cruises, fishing, camping, scuba diving, stargazing, paddle boating, scorpion hunting, floating, a water slide, and kayak tours. There is a Nature Center located at the park where you can learn the area’s history and about desert wildlife. It’s a great place for adventure or relaxation.
Terms
All bookings require acceptance and signature of a rental agreement with a copy of government issued ID. Our home is available to rent from October 1-December 31, 2022 and from June 1-December 31, 2023. See calendar for rates. We require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. For an approved pet we require a fully refundable security deposit of $250.
Payment
We require 25% of the total cost including the security deposit(s) and heating of the pool (if you choose to heat the pool) at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before you check in.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in, you will receive a 100% refund of amount paid.
If you cancel at least 14 days prior to scheduled check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of amount paid.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to scheduled check-in, you will receive no refund.

Pets
We will only consider dogs weighing less than 50 pounds who are a breed that does not shed or slobber. Your dog must be considered “hypoallergenic” and we may ask for proof of this from your vet. Since it is very important to us that our guests be good neighbors, we will only consider dogs who are not allowed or prone to bark excessively.
Pool
Our home has a private pool in the back yard with a water feature. If you would like the pool to be heated (80-85 degrees F), it will cost an additional $600/month.
Approximately one third of our pool is what’s called a “Baja Shelf” which means that it is only about 14” deep. Adirondack chairs for sitting in the pool on the Baja Shelf are available at the home. At the deepest end of the pool it is only about 4-5 feet which makes our pool unsuitable for diving. We have multiple inflatable floats with an electric air pump.
Patio/Yard
Our patio has a propane Weber grill, a sofa, two swivel chairs, an end table and a coffee table. Great for conversation or reading! There are two lounge chairs, an umbrella, umbrella table, and an umbrella stand.
Sleeping
Our home has two ensuite bedrooms meaning that each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. In the Master Suite there is a new split king size mattress with adjustable frames, nightstands with electrical and USB outlets, and a 55” Smart TV. The Master Bath has double sinks, a shower with a natural stone floor, and a water fall shower head.
The Guest Suite has a new queen size mattress and and a shower/tub combo in the bathroom. The lamps in the Guest Suite have USB outlets for your devices. A brand new queen size LoveJoy sleeper sofa is also available in the office.
Living area
Our living area has two leather sofas, two accent chairs and two poofs for your feet. It has a 65” Smart TV that should allow you to log into all of your favorite apps. Our living room also allows you to bring the outdoors in (weather permitting) with a 15' by 18’ retractable sliding glass door.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all new service wear and cooking equipment including a Ninja blender and a food processor. A spice drawer is full of the most commonly used spices. We have a new Keurig, French Press, and electric kettle along with a coffee drawer to get you started. There is a microwave/oven wall unit, refrigerator with beverage drawer, walk in pantry, and great lighting.
Dining Room
Our dining room has a marble top table with 6 chairs.
Office
Our home has a private office with a wireless printer. We have Cox high speed internet with password protected WIFI. The office also has a brand new queen size LoveJoy sleeper sofa with a 5” memory foam mattress. We haven’t slept on it, but we are told that it is very comfortable for a sleeper sofa.
Baths
In addition to the bath in each bedroom, there is also a half bath located near the living area.
Laundry
Our laundry room has a 5 year old top loading Maytag washer and dryer.
Bikes
We have two commuter bikes in the garage with two helmets, locks and a tire pump.
Parking
Street parking is not permitted between the hours of midnight and 5 am. Non-compliance with this rule will result in fines. We have a garage with an opener that will fit most standard sized trucks. You may also use the driveway to park.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
