Nestled within a corner lot boasting amazing west facing Mountain View across a large bay and then to the south is our own private cove. As you step inside through the front door, prepare to be captivated as the home opens to spacious vaulted living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating seamless flow for gatherings!

Sleep is everything. You'll enjoy new high-end mattresses on every bed, with luxury bedding and pillows. In addition, every room has room darkening curtains. The lake house features the perfect recipe for a great night's sleep.

✔ Main floor: Two (2) king master suites with en-suite bathrooms each with 65” Smart TVs
✔ Second floor: Total of three (3) bedrooms each with their own connected bathroom. One (1) bunk bedroom with three (3) sets of bunks equaling six (6) single beds; (1) king bedroom; and (1) queen bedroom. The king and queen bedroom are equipped with 65” Smart TVs.
✔ Basement: One (1) queen bedroom with a single bunk overhead and a 65” Smart TV in the game room.

A full-sized and fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchen gadgets you could need. If grilling is more your speed, we have a Weber (natural gas) grill for you to enjoy! Enjoy complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, and a paddleboat. Relax on the two-story dock and have a go with the tube slide or 10’ jump from the upper deck.

Dreamland Cove is family and kid-friendly! The home has a pack n’ play, children’s book and toys, highchair, and children’s dinnerware.
Guest access
You will have private access to the full home, including access to the boat slip. The house has a three-car parking pad and then separate three car and boat trailer parking down by the lake. Because the house is a corner lot, we have lots of road frontage.
Accessibility:
There are 7 steps up to enter through the front porch entry door. The garage is another entry point with about 4-5 steps to the door. We have King Suites on the main floor with en suite bathrooms, additionally the kitchen and one living space area are on the main floor. BONUS: You have the option to drive right up to the dock area.

Water levels in the 'off season' (October - April)
Our cove is very deep, and our dock remains fully operational with water throughout the entire year. However, during the period from October to April, the inlet leading to the pit cove experiences a decrease in water depth. While small boats and kayaks can still navigate through it smoothly, larger boats might encounter some difficulty. Notably, Watts Bar begins to rise in April, and traditionally reaches its full pool level during the first week of May.
