An open concept coastal kitchen with quartz countertops and glass tile. Entire first floor home features gleaming hardwood floors. Views consist of a spacious blue stone patio, grand front lawn with irrigated grass and a cozy family room with a big screen tv.
Enjoy a relaxing master suite on the first level with a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another room with a twin bed is adjacent to the master, followed by a brand new pull-out couch in the reading room. Two additional bedrooms (queen bedroom and 3 twin bedroom) are on the second level with a brand new full bath.
Start the morning off with a coffee on the patio or at the large kitchen island that can comfortably accommodate 6 people around it. End the day in the front or back yard with a beautiful sunset and your choice of music in the Adirondack chairs.
The yard is brand new with all the colors that summer hydrangeas have to offer. Enjoy an azeck decking outdoor shower for after the beach. We are a dog friendly home. The entire property is sprayed for ticks and mosquitos.
Additional features include a new large Samsung washer and dryer in the mudroom on the first level. The spacious two car garage is large enough to hold any SUV. Beach chairs provided. A two person kayak is available in the garage.
Three beaches to choose from: Scatteree (just .65 miles from our house), Cotchpinicut (.70 miles away) and Cow Yard (.68 miles away).
Enjoy a pleasant walk to the fishing pier to see the seals or try a lobster roll at the market. You can walk to this location from the Cow Yard Beach or on Old Harbor Road. Lots of fun summer options at Chatham Zoo!

Summary: Jennifer and John were so responsive and helpful! They checked in regularly, provided a local guide and accommodated our early check in since we were traveling with our dog and young kids. Their home was the perfect location for our first trip to the Cape - close to downtown Chatham and local beaches but also neighboring towns (Harwich, Orleans). The house was perfect for a family - kids upstairs and parents downstairs, and an open floor plan kitchen to living area so we could have appetizers at night while keeping an eye on kids playing or watching a movie. Tons of fun games for indoors, bats and balls outdoors, and a quiet cul de sac for biking around! We really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space even though it was December! Great furniture outside to relax in year round ! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!
