Situated on over an acre, this property offers a beautifully landscaped pool lined with 6 grand palm trees, lending the property its name, as well as water features, outdoor lounge, dining area and a large stone fire pit. The kitchen and living room have numerous floor to ceiling doors that open to the sleek terrace. It is the perfect place for family gatherings and intimate dinners.
The entire house is thoughtfully furnished with all the modern amenities you need to make your vacation seamless. Each room is simple, elegant and designed with a purpose. Oustide the living room is a outdoor lounge and dining area covered by a heated awning. This space is just steps away from a 60'' gas burning fire pit equipped with luxurious lounge chairs. Situated in front of the 35' pool we invite you to grab a glass of wine and put your feet up nest to the fire. After sundown enjoy the beautiful array of colors from the beautifully lit pool.
The master suite has a king-sized bed, grand walk in closet and double sided fireplace. The stunning ensuite master bath has luxurious finishes, a large frameless glass shower, and a glorious soaking tub with french doors that open to a lush foliage lined side and private space.
This house is wonderfully suited for a family, with 3 rooms equipped with King mattresses. One of the bedroom configurations has a playful set up with a set of full size bunk beds. Each room is rich with high quality bedding and linens, and a thoughtfully tasteful decor that is in synchrony with the overall luxury of this home.
New to this year is our farm and garden. Step outside down the path to a outdoor woodburning fire pit nestled right between our farm and garden. In the evenings, guests are encouraged to sit back in one of our four Adirondack chairs and enjoy the crackling of the woodburning fire pit During the right time of year, guests can walk our 1,000 square foot space and pick the fresh fruits and vegetables that they need. Our resident hens work hard daily to provide you with fresh eggs daily. We take pride in our farm and animals. Each hen was hatched on this property and raised from chick to egg laying pullet and our resident goats were rescued from the beautiful Meadowood properties after the 2020 Glass fire.
