Visit the Historic ghost town of Jerome which is a 35 minute drive, explore the Red Rocks of Sedona in 1 hour 10 minutes, Flagstaff 1 hour 25 minutes or the Grand Canyon 2 hours 20 minutes.
INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read, play board games or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps with complimentary wifi. There is a cozy reading nook next to the gas burning fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster. There is a coffee maker and an espresso machine available for guests to use. There is a breakfast nook that overlooks the yard. The kitchen includes bar top seating as well.
Dining Room: The open concept formal dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests.
Bathroom 1 : This bathroom includes a combo tub/shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Bathroom 2: This is a half bath, which has a vanity and toilet only.
Master Bathroom: This bedroom includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a large walk-in closet for additional hanging space.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen sized bed and sitting area. There is additional closet space for hanging items.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside table, lamps and a bookshelf. There is additional closet space for hanging items. It includes a small sitting area for guests.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a twin sized bed, a desk and lamp.
Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a large open concept room with a king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps and a dresser. There is a seating area with a sofa. The bedroom offers private access to the covered patio.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located off the main living area. Supplies are available for guest use.
OUTSIDE
Luxurious Countryside Palazzo is located on 8 acres of private property. The home has gorgeous views of Mingus Mountain in the east, Granite Mountain in the west and Bradshaw Mountains in the south. Perfect for Arizona sunrises and sunsets. The covered patio wraps around the north and east sides of the palazzo and offers comfortable seating for guests.

This property has dual entrance ways, please follow the directions in the check-in instructions as the main gate is locked.
BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.
PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by VRBO. This contract will be sent after VRBO confirms the booking with our office.
Pets or No Pets; It's the guest's responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we've confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you're required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
