This beautiful pool home has been remodeled and is waiting for guests! Only a 5 minute walk to your private community beach walk-over and a short stroll to Seabridge Park where you can fish or launch your kayaks. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths an open concept living area. Granite countertops and quality appliances complete the home. The house is fully stocked with quality towels, linens and new furniture for your comfort. The kitchen has been stocked with all the cookware, dishes, appliances you will need. A full-size washer and dryer along with an extra frig are in the garage. If you feel like grilling we have a Weber 3 burner grill waiting for you. Wireless internet is provided along with smart TV's in each bedroom and a large smart TV in the living room. A fireplace is for those cool winter days and nights. Central A/C and heat to keep you comfortable during your entire stay.
A screened back porch with plenty of seating, along with a tropical paradise in the back yard that is fully fenced will be yours to enjoy. Grab some sun while relaxing in the loungers by the pool or enjoy a meal at either of the two dining area outside. Enjoy the sparkling pool after a day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, cooler and more are provided for your use. When you want to go out and explore the area, we have provided 2 bicycles for your enjoyment. There are several eateries and establishments within an easy bike ride. 2 public beaches are nearby with public facilities and lifeguards. Publix supermarket is about 3 miles from the home with other restaurants, bars and shops close by. St Augustine is only about 45 minutes north. If you love history, you will love St Augustine. It boasts amazing restaurants and shops a winery and so much more. Daytona Beach with its racing history is only 25 minutes south. Enjoy all the wonderful places to see in the area!
