NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOMS - completely remodeled and we added a NEW washer & dryer for our guests to use! In the past two years we've also added NEW wood like flooring, appliances, painted top to bottom NEW custom Stair rail! Chamonix is the perfect development for your family and friends - walk to Canyon Lodge, 3 hot tubs, NEWLY UPDATED Recreation Room with kitchen, family room, pool table, ping pong, which also has just been completed remodeled. gas grills, pool, two hot tubs, and fire pit !
Welcome to our Chateau Chamonix! This is the perfect set up for larger groups and families. Super close to Canyon Lodge! We are right off Rainbow Lane an easy walk to the slopes at Canyon Lodge !
This Cozy tri-level town home has:
- Access to Canyon Lodge via 4-5 min walk.
-Two Master Bedrooms with en-suites on the bottom floor. One bedroom has a large king sized bed that sits atop a platform storage bed frame with plenty of drawers for clothes and a large closet area and en-suite bathroom with tub.
The second master has a queen bed with custom headboard and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and plenty of closet space and dresser. Both bedrooms have flat screen led tv's mounted on the walls.
-Middle Floor has a fully stocked kitchen, with large custom log table with bench
seating that seats 10, a cozy sectional couch, the wet bar area has a custom log pub table, bar stools, plenty of stemware and blender for the perfect party after the slopes! Large smart tv hung above the fireplace t with custom hand hammered fireplace face that heats the entire area and loft!
The propane fireplace heats the entire floor and upstairs with the click of a switch. No wood to mess with or ashes to clean up!
-The top floor is the loft which has two log bunk beds that sleep up to 6 people! Two full size beds on the bottom and twins up top! Flat screen led tv mounted in loft, full bathroom, and balcony!
-Mud Room: When you enter the town home you are welcomed by "Humboldt" our bear from the redwood forest to greet you! There is plenty of storage for snowboards, skis, bikes, etc. Snowboard and ski racks to hang equipment, custom wood storage
benches for jackets, helmets, gloves!

For our SUMMER visitors, like most homes in Mammoth we DO NOT have air conditioning - open the windows and turn on the fans. Mammoth rarely gets too warm but of course we can't control the weather!
Due to the location so close to the mountain base, you may see various forms of wildlife in the area, please be mindful that these are wild animals and should be treated with caution. Please do not leave food in your car - Bears can get into cars - they are crafty!
Mammoth is a beautiful location but it is also subject to the whim's of nature, we are not responsible for loss of power, internet, mountain/lift, road closures due to weather. We also cannot control the operating of any rec room facilities sauna, jacuzzi, etc. as they are beyond our control!
