3 Bedroom House in Palmer Lake

Newly remodeled home in gorgeous Palmer Lake! You won't believe the view and almost 1/4 acre lot. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, can comfortably fit 6 people. With 2 additional people sleeping on the full pull out couch. You'll love our home and this awesome Mountain town. Half a mile from seven local restaurants. Palmer Lake is a foodie’s dream! The lake is even closer! Dogs welcome for $100 fee. Please know the entire yard is not fenced.
There is no laundry facilities in this unit. There is a large garage on property, please don't block all access. Please park in front of the middle bay if needing additional parking then the far right bay. The owners office is below you. No shared space of any kind. She is there occassionally during the day.
Palmer Lake truly is a slice of heaven. I guarantee you won't want to leave. With hiking right out the door, a lake just two blocks away and 8 delicious restaurants all within walking distance you won't find a better Vacation! 20 min from the springs and 45 from Denver, it's an ideal place to stay! Enjoy the big city for a day but lay to rest in a gorgeous mountain town at night.
Three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has twin bunk beds and final bedroom has two twin beds. Bathroom has full tub and shower. Completely remodeled kitchen and gorgeous view completes this charming space.
You'll definitely want a car to get around but Uber is available.

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights and made three family meals while we were there. There were a good selection on dishes to use. Nice views. It is over another unit, which, seemed empty while we were there. Fast response time from the host. I would like to stay in the summer since it is close to the reservoir.
