No stone was left unturned when renovating this wonderful vacation home! It was thoughtfully brought back to life with pops of color and design, creating a modern Cape Cod vibe and vacation experience!
As you park on the driveway and head towards the front door, you'll notice an expansive landscaped front yard and porch which is perfect for lawn games and summer camp fires! Heading in and accessing the home, you'll be greated by a welcoming entry way. To the right you'll move towards the living room, kitchen and dining area which is a full open concept (perfect for cooking and entertaining!!). With enough seating for the whole crew, you may decide to bring multiple families on your vacation!
Heading back towards the entry door, you'll see the stairs the go down into the fully finished basement. Here's you'll find the laundry amenities, designated work space, pool table and air hockey table, along with a couch (which pulls out to be a queen sleeper) and a large HD TV! This is the perfect hang out for the kiddos!!
Heading back upstairs, continue up past the main floor and into the bedroom level. Your first bedroom on the left offers a queen bed with a twin trundle just underneath! And check out that blue accept wall!
Next, you'll find bedroom #2, which hosts a full bed with a twin bunk above! Hiding under the bottom full bed is a twin trundle!
Moving out of bedroom #2, you'll find the first (full) bathroom with a double vanity and thoughtfully tiled shower with stunning design!
Moving along, you'll head up a few stairs into the relaxing loft style hallway, which serves as the perfect escape for some quiet time or reading.
Bedroom #3 is at the end of the hall. This is the master bedroom and it holds a king bed and a private full bathroom that has been perfectly and immaculately designed!
Heading back downstairs, through the dining area, you'll round out your day on the porch, with outdoor furniture and dining, you can grill up some food for the whole crew!
Based on factors such as the number of bedrooms and number of beds, we allow a maximum of 8 adults. This is to ensure guests have the very best experience possible!
There is an Alexa in the living room. Though it is not an audio recording device, we want you to be aware. This device does not have any video recording. Also, there is an outdoor security camera that is used for security purposes.
(NOTE - we are looking to install an outdoor shower off the porch for use in summer 2023!)
