One bedroom, nonsmoking, guest suite with 14 foot ceilings, wood floors, keypad entrance, located in a high end, quiet & safe neighborhood, nestled next to the base of the Sandia Tram. It is about 1500 feet above most of Albuquerque with fantastic views. Queen bed: 4 poster bed comfortable with a Casper mattress & 2000 thread count sheets for a comfortable nights sleep. There is a Bluffdale McGee breakfast table paintings, a sitting area with a small couch and a swivel club chair in front of an electric fireplace, a full bathroom with dual copper sinks, Vera Wang towels, a claw foot tub & shower head. Has a kitchenette with an all in one microwave, (you can select air fry, bake, broil, microwave). Choose from a number of teas, Mr. Coffee or Kerig. A guest laundry with laundry soap is provided, and is shared with another unit. 55 inch smart TV with Paramount & Hulu. Also has Roku, Tubi, & Peacock. There is a long balcony with an Adirondack chair, small table & a couple of outdoor chairs, with fabulous views. BBQ grill is available. Seasonal outdoor pool, end of May to September. Parking for one car or pickup, if you have a second vehicle please inquire.

Summary: This is a master bedroom basically with a kitchenette. It smells faintly of old cigarette smoke. This is a house that has been sectioned off into multiple units, kind of like dorm rooms, so you are definitely not getting an entire place. Pool is not heated and was too cold to use. The decks and steps are older and not easy to navigate. We felt mislead by the description overall. Hosts are very good communicators and refunded us when we asked to be let out of the agreement to rent.
